By the time you get done with one side the other will have rusted back.....

i know that i will have flash rust is that what you mean??
Also have you personally used or witnessed some one using this set up?
If so, how well does it clean?
i have done regular sand blasting and have had the same problem.

Lou did this with one of his projects on Horsepower TV and liked it a great deal. No hazardist waste or dust and it worked really well. I've been looking at getting one myself for the 82. If you look in the GN thread I have one posted that's about 1/2 the price of that one.

I have one there great for doing frames and things that you dont need to worry about hurting. The chevy truck guys on the 67-72 board use them alot I got one when I did my 68.

thanks guys for the replies

thanks Dude i just ordered the medium duty one for 108.00
ill post up once i use it..

Where you been hiding David? I wanna see how it does for you. I'm not ready for one yet but I really want to get one for around here. I think I could make some money with it since it doesn't warp the metal like nomal blasting with compressed air does.

i just got back from a 2 week vacation with the fam.

i placed the order last night. as soon as i get it i'll make a video blasting my Regal.

He's moving a little too fast but it looks good David. Hopefully I'll have some spare cash from doing some head porting. I could really use one of those around here for sure.

i hope to make good use of it too
My dad is doing his 63 Impala (frame off) and i will be doing my Regal (sections)
i also hope to make use of it at work (paint removal off of concrete)

i hate that thing. if you use regular sand blast sand you can buy three or four bags and just sweep the sand up and keep reusing it. when its wet then you have to wait for it to dry and that means you need more sand. i know the dust is bad for you but I'm cheep.
