Saving body lines will using DA to strip paint

I'm a novice when it comes to bodywork but I've been stripping the paint off my t-type with a DA and 180 grit. Its worked nicely but I've avoided the body lines because I was scared I would lose or remove them. Whats the best way to remove the paint from those sharp lines like the middle of the trunk, sides etc.?

180 won't hurt metal. Sand over the body lines.

Just go easy on your header panel and any plastic
