So, I lay into the pedal a little bit, and I see about 1.6 knock. When I pulled over, I played with the scanmaster, it read 1.6, 808. I held the two buttons down and the left one said 79 and the right one 68. Which is the mph, and what is the other one. Could I assume this is false knock shifting into 3rd?

Also, Alky was at a 6 setting on the Razor kit and was spraying.

Lastly, unrelated to this, my low fuel light was on when I started the car with 1/4 tank of gas. I went to fill it up, to full, started the car and the light is still on. any thoughts?

thanks for your help.

Your 808 O2 happenened at 79 MPH and the knock occured at 68 MPH

Probably happened at the 2-3 gear change. I wouldn't sweat it.
I have seen 2-3 shift KR of .6*-1.7* at times. Not always, but at times.

Two passes at the track, one was KR free, the other had a max of .8* at some point. Nothing changed between runs, it just happens.

I prefer to see 0* all the time, but 1-2* is gonna happen. Now 10-12*.... I'd worry.

One other thing is, if you run a 3" downpipe, I have seen where the pipe can actually hit the floor pan / firewall seam and cause false knock on the kick down shift from a punch. This firewall / floor pan seam has been known to cause false knock. Nothing that a BFH to the seam can't cure tho.

I would say, as long as the KR goes away during a pass you're ok. But when the KR keeps climbing during the run is when you need to lift once you hit your KR comfort zone. Mine has always been no more than 5* at pump gas boost levels and zero KR on a high boost C16 tune.

Pressing both buttons on the Scanmaster, is your O2 & KR vs MPH recall.
If you know what mph your car shifts at, you can get a better idea if the KR was false (something banging around on the shift) or if it was high load 12" converter KR between shifts, which is also common on pump gas, 12" converter combos.

HTH
