Tps eng off .44 WOT 4.44 wont got to 4.5 what can be the problem?

Which SM do you have? chip? do you have the air temp sensor installed or burnt off the chip?

Only thing I see off is the BLM....too high. Should be 128 +/- a few. Maybe a vac leak?? as far as the TPS, you can file the slots out a little to get it to read higher on the WOT. HTH ---Keith
