Scooter light bulb.

My step son has one of those new electric scooters. The headlight bulb blew out and I can't find a replacement. The bulb has this "GMY24V10W" on it. I assume this means 24volt and 10watt. I zipped to radio shack expecting it to be a quick replacement, but no go. They have nothing that high in voltage, neither does the auto parts store. I did a web search, but not much luck.

Can I put in a different voltage bulb? Please help the electrical challenged!

BTW, 24 volt, 10 watt actually sounds like a landscaping light bulb (seriously).
