Sealing tips for cometics HG

Just what it says any proven techniques or tricks you guys are using to get these gaskets to seal. What are you torqing them down too. The block is studded. I heard spray both side of the HG with the copper spray and make sure the heads are milled smoothly. any suggestions?

Install em dry and drop in 2 GM seal tabs just before start up. I torque them to 90ft/lbs with ARP lube.

Champion recommended I beleive 75ftlb of trq. So 90ft lbs is ok then?
