The injectors are original I'm thinking going through them having them cleaned and flow tested can't be a bad thing.

The frustrating part is she was totally knock free and ran a 14.33 on stock tires and everything else with zero knock at 12-13lbs on stock chip.

Did the knock start after or before exhaust. Can be exhaust banging off control arms or other areas.
