Rough country 7.5" lift. 35" Hankook Dyna pro M/T's. 18X9 Helo he442's:cool:

Thanks fella's. I was worried I was going to have to regear but the 6.2L and 6-speed kick ass. Went from 32's to 35's and don't even notice. Still hauls arse.

Sweet ride dude!! love the way it looks!!! Maybe need a level kit. but still sweet!!

Great looking rig. Nice choice.

NICE A/T! I'd sure love to have that new 6.2 in my GMC, but the 6-speed is just awesome, period. I was waiting for them to put that transmission with the 5.3 for a long time.

I love seeing a nice GMC. This is my 5th one, and its the best one yet. Any more mods planned?

i might do a blackbear tune. specs as of now are: 7.5" RCx lift, 35x12.5x18

I've heard uniformly very good things about the BB tune. I've read up on it quite a bit, and its amazing how held back our trucks are by the PCM programming. I've had 5 GMCs, and each one feels more gutless off the line than the last. Torque Management is the devil!

I hear the tune is best utilized with a CAI and cat-back exhaust, which I plan to do soon. Also, you should have a backup PCM with the factory tune, so you can switch it out in the event of warranty issues. A tuned PCM is grounds for rendering all warranty claims void, although I understand its very unlikely that they discover that its been tampered with - the risk is that they run an update for the PCM while you're having it serviced, which deletes the tune and returns it to factory settings.

Now go git'r done!
