shift pattern on a th400 manual valve body and reverse valve body

what is the pattern on this trans. i bought a b&m pro stick and was wondering if it set up for standard pattern or reverse.

When using a manual valve body trans, do you need to shift it manually all the time in both directions or just when racing

SHIFT PATTERN

manual shift all the time, it dont matter if you are going slow or fast, my trans, free wheels in 2nd gear, like neutral, good luck oc,

thanks OC, anything special i should tell my tranny guy to put in the th400 when i have him build it. Its going to be
a 10 sec trans. with a t-brake. thanks Rich
