The Sloan Musuem in Michigan can provide the build information on Buicks based upon the VIN as I have obtained the build information on several GS cars.

Does the Sloan Museum provide build sheet information or window sticker information on 84-87 Grand Nationals?

No they don't. I called them back in September with the same question and our cars are too new and they have no information on them. I think they only go up to 77. There is another place Allied Vaughn, for $50 they will look up the original dealer invoice from the vin. It tells you what options were installed and cost, dealer it was sold to, dealer cost & msrp.
