slow spool

I have a te44 with a pats 2800-3000 stall and spool up is SLOW. When driving at around 60 it will start to spool if I barely give it gas but from a stop it's slow until about 13 or so pounds of boost before it really spools quickly. Any idea? thanks jerrad

check the wg...make sure function'ng properly...how much FP might be too much fuel in this terrible heat..
