Hey guys my dad has a bad a$$ 33 chevy coupe that has a 406 sb with a 250 b&m powercharger that runs 10.50's and he was wanting to know if a SMC kit (duel line) would make a big difference or not. I thought he might be able to run more boost with it, he is running 10#'s now TIA

Alcohol will help any forced induction car. To what degree is something he will need to figure out. Its much cheaper than race gas!!

I'm going to try to use a "self powered" system on my Dad's '57 Chevy with a 350 out of a '69 Vette (High compression) with a B&M 144. A boost line from the manifold will pressurize a container with the alcohol in it and force that into the vacuum line on the front of the carb.

I was wanting to get an SMC kit, but had no idea how to plumb the alky inbetween the blower and intake....?
