Thumbing thru the Motor Trend Jan 2011 issue because that is the only car magazine in the waiting room. Looking at cars I either can't afford or wouldn't buy. Wait a minute, flip back a couple pages and lo and behold, a full page ad for their new Motor Trend classic magazine and there is a GN posing on a runway! California plates on it, whose the owner? 1987 Buick Regal Grand National Top Front Photo 1

Well she does listen to my tales of woe at the same time. Just wish she was into happy endings too. She's hot

Car is sleeping this winter, hate to say but seem to be losing interest in it lately.

If you go the photo link the photo with the burnout I see a GUY with a pasted :) on his face.
He does have a goatee.

hello people; I'm hot and cold with my car also. The last couple of summers I was hot. Who knows what's next but you have to be interested enough to make it fun. With me I keep cumming to the site for interests as my car was more stock than HI PO and when you see what's going on with others it helps.
Now with your car what else can you do? Maybe going for a GNX suspension set up. That should keep you going for a while.

I actually put that picture in a black metal frame. It looks really hot.

Hmmmm? Mark, getting tired of your car? I wonder it it is.......ah......er......hmmm....OLD AGE?

I'm an oldie, BUT.....I've had my '66 Vette since 9 August 1972..38 years!
I've had the '69 Vette since 9 April 1982.....28 years!
I've had my late Dad's '87 Grand National since 2 October 2002...8 years!
I've had my '88 Jeep since 3 January 1995.....15 years
I've had my '89 Jeep since 5 July 2003...7 years
and the '99 Buick Lesabre Limited since 31 March 2005.....5 years.

I'm not tired of any of them, never will be. I fix and drive them all.

You got to just relax, stay focused and appreciate what you have. Looks like you just have a small bump in the road....then it'll be smooth sailing again.

Your Regal is just beautiful.....and look at all that work you've put into it.

Wait until Christmas and New Year's commotion/pandmonium is over, then you'll love your Buick again. Ask me how I know.

(By the way, I have the engraved Grand National Intercooled shift handle on my '87 that you made and it looks just great everyday to me. Will always keep and appreciate it. Every time I look at it, it reminds me what a talented individual you are.)

Merry Christmas, Mark.

What a strange coincidence, I was at the chiropractors office today waiting and found the same damn ad. I was going to post up the ad and found this thread. I thought maybe we had the same Dr, but your in a different state.

That is weird, my chiro is good and she is hot too. Nice bonus. She told me I can now go to seeing her every two weeks instead of weekly like I have been.:frown:

She probably sensed that you thought her real hot, or she read this thread:D Or maybe she just hates Turbo Regals and needs a real man with a Yugo!:biggrin:

Does it count that my father (R.I.P.) actually owned a Yugo??:) He really loved that POS. His last car was a Prius! Gearhead gene skips a generation in my family.

My wife convinced me to see one, even though I dont have any back problems. Just some minor neck pains.
Unfortunatly my chiropractor is a 250lb dude
