So,I see this Regal while driving to go get my haircut.....

Well after looking it over,this is for sure a 12,000 mile car,all original with the exception of the exhaust,the tires are uniroyal,did the come with those?the only thing it needs is front bumper fillers,this is most likely going to be moved to the for sale section,any ideas on realistic value?thanks guys.

That car looks exactly like my old Regal except mine had the Buick rally's on it. Same paint and interior....I've posted pics of my old Regal below. Looks like yours is an '84 model?

You asked for value....$1000 to $2000. I priced mine for $2500 but couldn't get anything north of $2000 for it. Mine was a solid car that only needed a repaint (the original paint was faded and crazed) and a little bit of interior work. It had the n/a V6 with 3 speed auto. Car ran and drove good and everything worked on it. I wished I could have kept it, it would be sporting a 455 by now.

So its a salvage title car NO Big deal? That can be from being stolen, totaled out and rebuilt. I am sure there are pleanty of cars out there like this.

Was not an issue for me when I bought it that way.
It never bothered me in the least.
