soft brake pedal and light

Since Iv'e owned the car, the brake pedal has always been soft. I put new brakes all around on it. There are no apparent leaks and the resorvoir if at the full mark. Lately, the brake light comes on occasionally when I hit the brakes and it flickers at highway cruising speeds. According to the receipts from the previous owner, the power master was replaced and is not that old. Could it be just air in the lines or do I have bigger (power Master) problems.

Did you bleed the brakelines after you installed the new brakes?

No, I guess I'll do that before drawing any conclusions. Is there a way to bleed the power master?

If bleeding doesn't do it for you, zero in on the accumilator.

It's a weird problem. I'm not familiar with this type of system. I don't seem to be losing any fluid, yet the pedal is getting softer every time I drive it with brake light comming on more frequently. Could this be the accumulator or the or unit itslef?
