Some hope for us in CA on smog checks?

Looks like there is a bill to try and make 1990 and prior cars with collector car insurance be exempt from the biannual smog checks. I have doubts that it will actually happen but it would be nice if it did.

Im not holding my breath. I still remember when it was supposed to be a rolling 20 years. Needless to say it went about 1 year form 1974 to 1975 and they changed their minds.
