Hi Brett,

The bar should definitely not be touching the front frame rail and also ... by looking at the squished urethane bushings, you torqued down on them too much. I guess people could be right that the bar was installed upside down. Also, when re-installing the bar, don't torque down on the bushings too much. I would suggest locktite and whatever the manufacturer suggests.

I'm guessing 40 foot lbs and locktite.
