There's a couple of places here that can do it. The company that did that was Reflex - they mostly make weight lifting equipment but do a lot of powder coating for locals like me.

Since then I've used a place called JC Premier (309) 523-2344. He's in Port Byron, IL and does very good work. He's also very cheap. Tell him Roger with the Metro sent you if you call.
