Star smog help

So it's that time again .. I need a smog and my local guys shop closed down . I was wondering if anyone knows of a smog shop that does our cars . You know it has parts missing that wont pass (cough cough) . Any help Wouk be appreciated . Thanks

Since the smog program isn't going away anytime soon. Maybe it would be wise to be able to convert it back when needed to pass.
