Starting Line Boost

Are you sure you don't have an exhaust leak?
My problem was virtually identical to yours, found a leak at the manifold/turbo connection. I ended up having to put a gasket at that location to get it sealed, but it sure cured my problem of building boost at the line.

Thats one more vote! Never heard the sucker but it was there!

First of all the cam is too big for that stall and is hurting the midrange torque. If you can't build boost @3000rpm you have a serious issue. The tune could be off and/or you have leaks somewhere in the system on the compressor side or exhasut side period. Take a file to the exhaust turbo side nd get it flat. Then use wheel bearing grease on the connection, silcone will burn off. The grease will burn off and turn to carbon sealing the area. However its best for two pretty flat surfaces. If that does'nt work use a gasket of some sorts.

275/50 tires
3000 convertor
No transbrake

Right there are your 4 biggest problems IMHO.
