Sticky DP Elbow

So I found today that my elbow's puck is sticking and I get little power surges that feel like a vaccum leak(tested every hose and their fine) and stuck at <10lbs of boost, is there anyway to rig something so this stops happening? This is going to be my third stock elbow I'm replacing! Or for the love of god will someone just get an elbow made?! Grumpy do you have any band-aid ideas for this problem?

wow...all the beaters I have owned I never had a problem with the stock elbows
