Stock Block EGR question


I just got my engine back from the builders and am ready to install it with a RJC power plate that has no EGR hole and will be using a turbo tweak chip that has the EGR function turned off.

What do I do with the EGR valve and sensor?
do I just leave it off? If so what do I do with the hole in the tower, and what do I do with the vaccum line that goes to it?
