Hi.! new member here, first, please forgive my lack of knowledge of GN parts.
My current project is a twinturbo SBC 68 Chevelle that is using a pair of T3's from the factory 85-86 Ford T-birds. (.60 comp, 60 trim and stock turbine with .63 housing) The car is at the testing stages and power is quite amazing, but the 60 trim compressors cannot keep up with the needed rpm (pull hard to 5000, but I need about 6000rpm)
Here's where I need help, Can I use the factory 86-87 GN comp housing, wheel, backing plate etc to build a couple of "hybrids" to upgrade my current setup? My limited research here would leed me to believe that this should be easily achievable. If so, I'm asking for any members to dig through thier stock parts pile and see if they could round up any parts for me to buy.
Thankyou,
Brad J.
