STROKER MOTOR IN CA (smog issues)?

Hey folks,
I am having a reputable engine builder in California that know these engines in and out.
Possibly going to the stroker set up.
Will the smog numbers be above and beyond?
Or not.
Smog chip, hot operating temp, clean oil, filter and plugs help I now, does anyone know if it'll be an issue beyond these common sense items?

Should not be a problem. Your engine builder should be able to tell you better due to his experience under the ca requirements. C/Ratio, cam choice and tuning would probably more critical to the "smog" rules than the c.i.'s

If you can drop $10k on a stroker motor, you can spend $200 on a smog.
