I'm not sure what Brian's take on the grey cap idea but I figured I would post a picture of one with the over lay anyways.

The plastic being used is more flexable then factory so the tits do not break off.The center cap is also being widened ever so slightly to make a nice tight fit.No more tape!

I'm waiting on prices for the center inlays. I plan on purchasing 100 at a time to make this worth it to Ray & Mark. I know the quality & sizing will be better then original & the prices will be cheaper. Still have to get shipping & assemblly pricing included but it will be cheaper then GM.

Yes i was wondering that too i like the power six logo Mark has for inlays too

We will offer the cap with other inlays as well. Mark has no problem selling inlays

Brian! Maybe you can also offer them WITHOUT an overlay so people have the option of ordering custom ones. Once the repro cap gets to my engraver he can whip the overlays up pretty quick. Just wanted to make sure that everything measures up correctly.

WHat's the word on the new caps? I just put new tires on my T and discovered that the centers had been glued in!
I was thinking about the GNX ones that Kirban has (4 for $30- no emblems) but wanted t see what you guys have come up with and the pricing...

I didn't think that Kirban had any Reproducton GNX caps without emblems for $ 30. I couldn't find where Kirban had any reproduction GNX caps without the decals for sale. But he does have a set of four (4) Reproduction decals for sale for $ 30. I think that Brian's are going to have a better chance of having a good fit without adhesive bonding. PM me for specifics about the fit of the other ones that you mentioned. Also, Brian is a supporting vendor / supplier of this site, and a good guy to boot.

Might want to consider keeping some of those in gray, that will look ever so nice on a grey car, and i am sure that some people will like the grey regardless of the color of their car. Personally, I think that grey looks really nice.

I odered some premixed black Ressin and it should be here around Tuesday/Wenesday of next week. This stuff will make black parts garanteed. We used the stuff to make lids for LS1 Camaros all day long with no issues. As for the grey, I'll have to check with Brian about it. I got the ressin to make them but I'm not sure he wants to carry two differenet T caps.

To my knowledge no other center cap exists that will fit these wheels except the ones we offer.

I took it that those were for the other GNX replica rim, such as GTA rims & so forth, Kirban GNX rims will and do not fit either t-type or GTA rims, only Kirban rims.

The mounting dimensions for center caps in the kirban GNX type rims are unique, I believe to the industry and are not interchangable with '86-'87 T-Types & Turbo-T's, nor do fit GTA rims or any of the other GNX type rims.
'86-'87 T-Types & Turbo-T's center caps will exchange with about any other GNX style rim other than the Kirban's. Or so I thought. I am wearing center caps off of my '87 turbo-t on my GTA rims. Fit nice. Do not expect t-type center caps to stay put on GTA type rims or not to break off mounting tabs under hard braking conditions due to heat dissipation, or lack of it, without the retainers or adhesive.

those are gta caps you can use Somebody sent me pics of them but i would prefer these ones. Im glad that my suggestion made its way into production. i cant wait to get a set. I broke a tab on all my caps taking them off and i lost one so this will be great i wonder how many people really want to buy these.

Whats going on with Repo Ttype Caps whats the Price for a set?
When are they being shipped Price is right I might take 2 sets one set
for sure. The Repo fitting tite would be nice as all the stock ones I have
Flew off.
