Hello, I am looking for a used TA-49, a used 5857, or a used 5858. Looking for the .63 garrett exhaust housing, as I have stock converter.

seems like you need a 6262 .. bfg's are holding u back get a set of mt dr's.... I ran brfg dr's got a 1.55 60ft with a te-60 but they only work when 1/2 worn out

Thanks for the input. I was thinking that a 6262 would be too big. I was trying to get away with using my stock torque converter. I really only want to go like mid/high 11's in this car. I figure anything faster than that and my 14k car will just start breaking stuff. I do need to get some stickier tires though....my best 60' time was that 1.73.

well get a used TE-60 I went 11.40's with it... but you will need a converter

5yrs never broke... I drove it to that track an back home close to 100 miles

Belsie. Regarding your TA-49. About how many miles? Any shaft play? Does it have the .63 garrett exhaust housing?

How much for it?

Thanks.
