They aren't cheap, but they make things right. I ordered a set of heavy duty rocker shafts, new rockers, and buttons. I got the standard rocker shafts. I called and talked with the head honcho (sorry can't remember names). I was a little upset, but he was calm, reasonable, and courteous. We got me some heavy duty shafts ordered up, plus bottons, plus some bolt retainers, and buttons. I sent the rocker shafts back to them, and they said they would refund the shaft price plus shipping. Everything was straightened out. Good customer service. I'll continue to shop with them as needs be. Thanks TAP.
