TA53 to 6262 Upgrade

WHAT parts or mods are necessary to swap a TA53 to a 6262?

I hear about mods for the waste gate mounts, spacers needed or an angle IAC, etc,. I do have a high pressure waste gate (stock style).

Can anyone tell me what all I will need to buy or build besides just getting the 6262?

The bolt pattern on a E, S, or H cover differ from that of you TA or stock style turbo compressor cover. So you may as well buy a new wastegate. An E cover is fine and will fit the current 3 inch inlet and two inch outlet of the turbo. No other changes but a fresh oil drain gasket and turbo gaskets at the header flange if you use those.
