Its not subject to shaft flexing under normal conditions. Much heavier wheels have been used for years with no problems. The shaft should be .250" at the compressor wheel bore and the journals .400" The ex wheel could be a p trim, t04 69 trim, a stage 3, or possibly a stage 5. Ive seen them all called TA 61 when coupled with a 60-1 compressor. Ive seen GT35r compressor equipped turbos called TA61 also if in a stock cover. Coolant entering the cartridge wouldnt matter unless it was a lot of coolant and no oil. You would have rapid trust failure with no oil and the bearings and journals would show it. The shaft needs to be within .0001" or you will not be able to balance it. If its out of balance because the shaft it bent you will definitely hear it and it will likely wear the back plate bore rapidly.
