Does it sound like it's coming from the driver side

Yes the ticking noise is coming from the drivers side. I have tried the Felpro 1400 gaskets, a Poston header, copper and red rtv,no gasket had headers resurfaced and a new TAPerformance cross over pipe and the noise is still there.

Have you removed your belt and ran it ? Maybe coming from the tensioner , alt ??

Yes I have removed the belt and the noise is still there under load only. While driving I hear the noise and if I let off the gas or slide it in neutral the noise stops, pull it back in drive or mash the gas petal the noise comes back. It will not make the noise in park or at idle.
