TCI has a bit of reputation as standing for Trash Can Industries as far as their durability, but companies like that don't get big by selling total crap. I'd go with one of the vendors on the board though, they know how to make a TH400 work with a Turbo Buick which takes more than you'd think with the boost in the equation with the vacuum modulator.
