Huber did it with a te-44. It’s not imposable but not easy at all.

With the right combination it can be done. I went 11.06 on a TE60. It would of been in the 10's, but something hit the compressor and it exploded.
I have a buddy that went 10.8X at 121 with a 45a. .
TOTALLY different turbo!! Not even in the same ball park. Unfair comparison.
i have a prescision front mount intercooler - the 3400 stall was in there and
so was the new te 60 turbo

With the 212 cam make sure you shift at the proper RPM ~5500.
