Te44 burning oil?

Been having a smoking problem after warm idle light bluish only at idle if i press on the pedal and let go it will shoot a small cloud of smoke and disappears in 2-4 sec smells like oil...I looked in the let of the turbo and there is black residue, up pipe is all clean..
here is a pic of the turbo

Excessive shaft movement?
Mileage on the engine?
Plugs read oily?

Shaft doesn't move in and out, I can move it up and down pretty close to the inlet bell but it doesn't rub

Engine has 5k or so on it

Pulled the plugs they have very small amount of oil on them by the thread but plugs looks good normal color not black at all

Miles on the turbo are unknown to me got it used from a member on the board.
