Nice PTE62 turbo with Garrett .63 exhaust housing and polished compressor housing. Just started to leak a little oil thru the turbine side into exhaust which caused visible smoke ever so often but not regularly. Definitely can feel shaft movement axially and a little radially but has never had the fins rub on the housing.
It certainly can be used as is, but it will need a rebuid at some point and I would recommend sooner than later. Therefore, I've priced it as a rebuild.
