Mike spent considerable time with me today being a co pilot & helping tune Guy Cunningham's car. I'm trying to take every precaution possible to make sure when the car returns to Phoenix its ready to rock. The streets around Lake Forest are too congested to safely test 10 second cars. In Huntington beach where Mike lives not a problem. The car runs well now & after a month of non stop work ready to go back into service. I owe spool fool another lunch.

hope the info i sent mike helped out. Lou if you ever need me to come down and help with tunning let me know ;)

Thanks the power logger was giving me some fits. Mike did indicate that you were very familiar with it. Erick Marshall also was helpful. When I have all the best minds in the business pitching in how can I go wrong.

No problem.
Guy has a very nice car. I've driven some Turbo Buicks that drove just as streetable as when they were new. They had no squeeks, rattles, everything was tight, and were a joy to drive in stop and go traffic. I've also driven some very fast ones. When you can put all this together into one package, you've done your homework. This car is that.

Guy, I'll let Lou explain the tune to you. However, I will say that It's loaded for bear. Be carefull, watch for KR, and keep it cool.

Congrats on a great car and combo.:)

Brent,
Once again, thanks for helping. Sometimes I think my understanding of computers is almost as bad as my understanding of woman.:D

Now, when are we going to see that hot air car out here?

Slater was re-paved about a year ago and is much smoother now than it was before.

I think Lou ment to say Slater. It was repaved with a new type of asfault that has ground up rubber in it. It aint VHT traction compound, but it'll do. ;)

Yup...always fun to tear up the streets of the HB with Spoolfool2 helping me set the tune....will be there in the very near future, me thinks...;)

Hey everybody!

I just found this thread...... Thanks to all who pitched in!!!:)

I drove the car for the first time today , drove it to work this morning and MAN, is she is a dream to drive!

I've got two good long stretches of road right as I approach work so I leaned into her pretty good on one. Even from a 30MPH roll she lit 'em like like I was on water. Those stripes won't be dissapearing from the pavement anytime soon. ;)

One of the Bentley techs saw me do it from his gym parking lot, said he "couldn't believe the way that car got up and went".

Even though it was a crappy work Monday I still haven't been able to wipe the grin off my face all day.:D:D:D

Again, A BIG thank you to each and everyone of you!!!!!!!!
