I am going to start prepping my car for storage shortly and want to know if there is anything I need to do to the E85 fuel thats in the tank now. I read a post a long time ago about adding 93 octane to keep the injectors lubed, but I cant find it. I just cleaned the fuel filter for the first time and it was super clean with the exception of some small pieces of plastic from the baffeling I had to cut to sump the tank. Otherwise all good.

Pump it out and fill with non oxy and put the gas tuneup/ chip in the car

I just fill mine up and leave it til spring. You can buy some lucas E85 preserver from autozone (green stuff). I use it too, but never had an issue either with or without it.

I drive it periodically over the winter. Once the car gets to 80-90 degrees its fine. Think about how much time it sits the rest of the year with E-85 in it. No worries.

It's killin me. I usually get it out on a 40 degree day and do a little testing and tuning on the street after a good rain, but we can't even get above freezing!
Global warming???? Ya right!! More like a mini ice age!!

We need to set our cars up like this!

hello people; Those 4 wheeler chassis with diferant bodies on them are a joke to me and more of something to talk about. I had a co-worker who had one with an old VW bug body on it he callled it a Veep. I got a ride in it and it was more of a look at me thing and a youngsters thing. It's all fun but a waist IMO.
