Stainless Steel
Micronic Oil Filter
 Cleanable
 Proven Technology
 High Flow Rate
 Superior Filtration
 Easy Filter Element Inspection
 Unaffected by Water, Heat, or Pressure
 Environmentally Friendly

The filter is made from medical grade, type 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth providing unmatched protection against oil contamination and resultant engine damage. A one-inch square of this material flows an incredible 1.9 gallons of oil per minute at only 1-PSI pump pressure. The adhesive used in the filter assembly process is good to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, far above normal engine operating temperatures. A super strength nickel-plated neodymium rare earth magnet is installed in the top of the element for magnetic pre-filtering of the oil. The unique twist lock design allows for easy disassembly, inspection and cleaning. The quad-ring gasket doubles the seal between the filter and the engine. Finally, the filter housing is carved out of solid chunk of 6061T6 billet aluminum, which not only looks trick but aids in dissipating heat.

 Inspect and clean the filter prior to initial use
 Use care when handling the filter element
 If you are unsure of any of these procedures contact a reputable mechanic for assistance.

Cleaning Instructions
At minimum, clean the filter with every oil change. Remember, oil is the lifeblood of you engine- keep it clean!

Gently push the filter element straight down out of the locked position, twist filter element 1/3 turn counter clockwise and release. You should now be able to remove the filter element from the housing.

Wash the stainless steel filter element, spring and housing in clean solvent, kerosene, aerosol carburetor cleaner or any other degreasing agent; even common dish soap and water. If inspection of trapped debris is desired, flush the particles into a clean light colored container. Once clean, lightly blow air through the filter from the inside out to remove any remaining particles or cleaning agent from the screen.

Assembly And Installation
After all components are clean and dry, place the spring in the filter housing, large down (toward the housing). Now place the filter element into the housing making sure the three “ears” on the element fall into their slots in the housing. Gently push the filter element straight down into the housing, twist the element 1/3 clockwise, and then let the element spring back up into the locked position. Make sure the three filter element ears are fully engaged in the housing notches (as the filter tightens on the engine, the filter element will tighten against the housing which will eliminate any play).

Install the rubber quad-ring (either side up) fully into the groove in the housing. Lube the quad-ring surface with a thin film of clean oil and install filter on engine. The filter should spin on at least 3 full turns. Torque the filter to 20-25 ft. lbs and recheck torque after 100 miles.

Best product to come along in a long time!

These filters are KILLER! They are selling like crazy. Even the State of Ca. is interested in the "green enviroment" they help to assist with. No more storing, draining and crushing oil filters for recycle. Man, these things are cool!! Everyone around here has put them on their cars. Now we have all makes and models in stock. Fords, chevys, and of course Buick. Motorcycles and atvs as well.
Man, great product!!!!!!

Yes they filter down to 35 microns, a TRUE 35 microns. The human white blood cell is 15 microns. Do not beleive what they say on the paper filters. They "Claim" they filter down to 35 microns but they do not. The best they go is between 90-135 microns. It is the way they "test" them. What we are telling you is the truth. I can even hook you up with the designer if any super highly technical questions need answering.

This filter can be 80% plugged and still flow more oil then a BRAND NEW Paper element!!!.
Best product to come along in a long time!
