Well, 12 people that sat through it all unanimously decided the prosecution didn't prove beyond a shadow of a doubt she did it. Blame the prosecution. No justice for the little girl is on their heads.

All I would need to hear is driving around a month with a dead body in the trunk and not notifying ANYONE as to where she was and why she was missing and she'd get convicted.

just like with the OJ case, it's on the prosecutors to prove she did it- innocent until proven guilty and what not. no one said she didn't do it, it's just that the prosecution didn't prove that she did. love it or hate it, that's the way our justice system is supposed to work.

I dont know her or care one way or another. But im tired of the bitchin. The prosecution had no case, no evidence linking her to the crime scene. You all want her to fry because her kid died and someone should be blamed. I agree, someone should, but the person who killed her or was responsible. The prosecution went for the biggest charges because they thought they could get people to vote with their hearts and not the facts. This doesnt make her "innocent" of wrongdoing, just not proven there was any. I have a young daughter and son and i feel sick thinking about what that girl went through, but reasonable doubt is reasonable doubt. I feel better with her being out on reasonable doubt then her frying because they want someone to pay and she is as good as anyone.

I would do probably the same as us reasonable people would. Please do not mistake my disagreement with the popular concensus about the bitch got off as me liking the woman.
