Friend of mine gave me this photo which I scanned in. He said he took it while at the 1989 NYC autoshow. Unfortunately, the photo does not have the entire car.

Only for that week, the week after he changed over to Miss USA of 1989 for the week after. She really liked all his ugly black grandma cars.

I cant read it on the photo he gave me. When I zoom in on it with a graphics program, all I can read is

The rest is a blur, I am not sure if on the third line above if the two letters are AI
