all my cars are registered in AZ, my drivers license is from Az,
no smog inspection in Northen Az.
soon enough, I'll be there too!
here they tax the heck out of you, and then force laws down your throat.
So...Arizona doesn't know about the Greenpeace coalitions plan to rule the world?
Any succesful invasion starts with the beach. They are setting up their lines in Cali. From here they will drive inland and Az is first on the list (insert Dr. Evil laugh here).
Did you know that an estimated 30% of the polution in the air over Los Angeles actually drifts in from China and India? Get those armpits to control their polution, put in laws that allow us to shoot pyro's in the throat on sight when they light up fires in So Cal, then come talk to me about the exhaust from a car I drive less than 5000 miles a year.
Today, wars are fought over religion and politics...in the future, I guaranty a few will be fought over environment.
I've been to China several times. As soon as I walked out the doors of the Shanghai Pudong (stop giggling, Beavis) Airport, I felt my eyes and throat catch on fire.
Once I got to my hotel the first time, I opened my curtains to enjoy the view...the sun looked like a white spot in the polluted sky and I could barely see buildings beyond a quarter mile.
I almost went to India last year, but got out of it...after getting all my shots. Guys I work with have gone and say it's worse than China.
That said...my point is...it doesn't matter how much tighter Cali and the US continue to make our environmental policies. The folks who can actually make a difference are outside our boarders and overseas gumming up the air while we export more jobs to them.
Cut them off and start bringing the jobs back here, at least until they act like they give a crap.
...And leave me and my cars alone.
I better stop before I burn a bearing while typing on my Blackberry. My friggin' thumbs hurt.
