There is a common misconception that minors can't be touched by anyone. As a police officer, I can't count how many times juveniles have told me I can't touch them. Much to their dismay, they are soon grabbed up and handcuffed just like anyone else. If they put up a fight, they are treated like anyone else. Citizens can protect themselves from minors just as they would if they were being attacked by an adult. The last guy in the video would need to articulate his actions as being defensive for the public's sake (based on the bully's most recent actions against the other group). I would think the video would make the guys defense argument very believable.

I agree, all he has to say is that the kid had to be stopped before he went on to hurt other people.
 
I watched some of the other videos. Did anyone see the two headed kitten? :D
