Hey, as my signature says, I have a v8 Regal, but I'm just wondering about a more general auto question.
I get relatively good throttle response when I first start the car and it runs nicely. However, once the car is warmed up, it seems to lose a significant amount of response from the gas. Is this normal on an older carbed engine (307 olds), or could it be something like an exhaust manifold leak? I listened for hissing, but I'm not sure how loud of a hiss I'm looking for. Also, it seemed like the passenger side of the engine was hotter than the driver's side. Any ideas? TIA
