I just installed a Perma Cool "Maxi-cool Junior" with it's own dedicated fan. I installed it under the passenger side headlight using a sheet metal bracket that was designed by a board member. When I tested the fan it moved enough air to blow a rag that was sitting on the battery tray right out of the engine compartment. I'm very happy with the cooler and fan but I used a generic adjustable thermostat from the local auto parts store and I'm a little worried about it's longevity. We shall see.

Where did you buy it from and how much was it? I searched Jegs and Summit and neither had it listed. Thanks.
 
Summit's web site shows $118.99. I believe I paid $99 a while back during a sale.
