tial f38 wastage which downpipe will it fit ?

I recently bought a TIAl f38 wastage and thought it would fit my old ATR down pipe but it turns out the screw holes are off by about 1/8 in. or so. If I make the holes longer to fit it looks like the valve will not cover the hole all the way. Any one use any other dp and from how did you buy it from ? thanks

I have a Hooker downpipe with an F38 on it. I don't have a part number, unfortunately.

I think ta downpipes were made using the f38s
