Why would insurance dictate that you have to leave keys in them?.

Its in the commercial policy, When a vehicle is inside unattended the keys have to be with it, incase of fire or other emergency..

I just got a call from the detective said they had him in custody. Surprisely they found him trying to break into someone elses garage. Recovered the stuff he stole from me now I just got to find some proof of ownership..
