Tote full of parts

Well I don't think all is good as he pm'd me 9 days ago saying he was mailing the parts the next day ?? Have pm'd him twice more with ZERO parts or response .?? I can understand a new schedule and all but come on over three weeks and NO NOTHING?? I guess paypal is my only option here shortly.

I sent as a gift so paypal is not an option. I really do need those parts, I held off on purchasing from other members. Please send asap.
