Transmission is shifting into 3rd only at a really high rpm and will not shift into 4th at all. Also seems to occasionally not shift into reverse. I took pressure readings according to the ATSG manual. They are
Minimum TV Pressure Check @1000rpm
Park 135
Neutral 135
Reverse 150
Drive D4 145
D3 145
D2 135
D1 135
Full TV Line Pressure Check@1000rpm
Park 175
Neutral 175
Reverse 75
D4 170
D3 170
D2 135
D1 135
I know some of these are way off. I'm just hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Funny thing is I checked the Minimum pressures first and they were all normal, then I checked the Full pressures and they all were high except for Reverse which was way low. I then reconnected the TV cable and rechecked the minimums and they were all high also. I tried wiggling the cable around and messing with it but I couldn't get the pressures to go back down in the minimum position. Could something in there be stuck or binding up? I have not driven the car since taking the pressures since they were so out of whack. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanx for the help.
