Trans acting weird

[2 QK 4 U]

I just put a trans in the GN over the weekend.

It's doing some werid things

When cruising, if I let off the gas it goes back down to idle rpms...

It wont shift into 4th til 90mph...

This trans is in my 87 GN

1985 BQ coded TH200R4 Trans
the person I bought it off of rebuilt it to stock
B&M shift improver kit

I adjusted the TV cable. Same symptoms, it changed nothing.

Any comments?
