trans lines/which way do they go?

Which way do the two transmission lines connect from the trans to the cooler? I wouldn't think it would matter, unless there is a check valve or something. This rebuild have been over a year,I had the tubes marked at the radiator but assumed it would be obvious at the trans. Had to bend things a little to get them back in since I had already put in motor. Either one could fit at either spot on the trans.

Would that put the lower on the trans with the lower on the radiator?

I plumbed mine the same as engine coolant flow, so in the top of the rad and out the bottom.
