Transmission Coolers

I want to add a nice remote cooler with a fan for my 4l80E.

I'm kind of leaning towards buying something complete. any recommendations on which brands/kits to buy?

Also, want to see where you all are mounting them.

That's exactly what I was leaning towards

Cruz Performance has a nice setup without a fan though. But its an exact fit.

Any pics of the Derale installed ?

This is where mine was mounted but you obviously cant put it there if you have a stock location intercooler
I had a liquid inercooler on that particular car

It looks low but its really not, pic is on an angle, but some people put it to the left of that under where the would be Alky pump is mounted

Temps would never be over 180 and i actually never witnessed the fan turn on but it didnt matter as long as the temps were in check

I'm running a Derale 25 row Hyper-Cool rated at 46,000 btu's , mounted under the battery tray on a bracket I made coming off of the bumper mount .
